I had a fantastic time here. From early checking to hot breakfast to an amazing hot shower. Plus good laundry service. It was quiet, only a short walk from the plaza, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend you stay here. It's located across the street from where it shows on the map.

The owner is really nice and can give advice on how to reach the local sights. We arrived early on an overnight bus and were given a room right away. There is good kitchen facilities. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is hot water, just make sure the heater above the shower head is turned on. Great location.

This old colonial house is huge and you have lot of common areas to enjoy if you are just resting. Good common balconies with views too. Guillermo and Lola made us feel at home and were absolutely lovely. They cooked the food from their allotment for us and treated us with lot of love and care

Perfect place to sleep comfortably with no noise from the street. 10-15 mins walk to the center. It's ideal if you work online as there is an upper floor with a cafe setup, good tables/chairs, good WiFi and views. Also, you won't find this level of comfort within the same budget range. Very clean. And the beds are reaaaaally good and comfy! And Beto, the owner, will make your life easier. It's a no-brainer!

Very good price vs quality. The place is run by a young couple that is very friendly and helpful. The owner also manages his own agency and can help out with questions. Hot and powerful shower. Good breakfast included. Location is literally around the corner of the main streets and the plaza with various restaurants. I absolutely had a lovely stay here!!

The hotel is in the center of Chachapoyas and near the main bus station. Clean toilet, shower and room!. Because we had to leave earlier the next day, the owner prepared breakfast for us :). The only thing that could be a little problem was the window in our room. We couldn’t close it. Besides that, everything was ok 👍.
