The rooms were very clean and cozy. They waited for us at the train station. The location is just perfect and even though it's right in front of the train station all the noise was isolated. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the reception after check out.

Rosie who was mainly in charge of things was exceptional. She took us to the ticket office to get bus tickets for Machu Picchu the night before, to save us standing in a longer line the following morning and made sure our breakfast was right on time. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

A perfect stay at Picos house. Zain picked us up at the train station and was very kind and helpful. The breakfast on the roof top is amazing, it has a fantastic view to the city center and the valley (I think one of the best you can find in Aguas Caliente)
