Well, firstly, this isn't a hotel. This is a family home with a annex, which has rooms and a self catering area. The room was really confortable and had all I needed. Close to the supermarket. Free tee and coffee. Clean shower, kitchen, fridge, tv. For the equivalent of 20€. The owner welcome me well, at 9pm, and found a solution to store my bike inside. Even if she didn't speak English, she make efforts to welcome me and give me the instructions. Djekuje !! 🙂

Price for such facility is good enough. Place is quite and relatively safe. Not far from the central train station of the city. The owner is friendly and responsive. Inside, everything is clean and cozy. Also, they allowed me to leave my bag after check out when I waited for my train.
