A clean and contemporary apartment with all the essentials for both work and tourism stay. We have had a pleasure meeting Timmy, who was a very caring, hospitable landlord, helped us to check-in and prepared all for our short, but restful stay. The apartment has a large balcony suitable for dining or breakfasts, it also has storage spaces and bicycle parking. Ine could walk to the Aparment, but it’s also 4 min from the central station by bus and 7 min by bicycle. Clean and fresh towels, bedsheets, shampoo, laundry detergent etc was available. Overall — a fantastic beginning for our Kalmar and Öland adventurous.

The hotel is located in a park of majestic centuries-old oaks a few steps from the sea. The room, equipped with independent access, large, comfortable, clean. Possibility of free parking. Good breakfast in a pleasant, silent and panoramic setting. We hope to come back!

The location was great and very easy to find. I had a bike to get there and the neighbourhood and surroundings are very nice and peaceful. I really loved the room which was very large, nicely decorated and very clean, so as the bathroom and common areas. The hosts are the most caring and adorable people you can find. Anders was very helpful as he took some of his time explaining me where to bike and I had a wonderful experience following his suggestions and Rima was very caring and helping too. I could not find a better place with people full of kindness! Thank you Rima and Anders
