We loved the size, cleanliness of the rooms and most of all, the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They went out of their way to let us use the washing machine, prepared extra pudding for my child and were just very welcoming. We loved the view from one of the rooms, even though fog covered the mountains for most of our trip. The breakfast was delicious and very nutritious too! Oh and please try the plum wine and dinner - excellent stuff

Perfect little hidden gem, close enough to Ita Thao town (10 min walk) but in a quiet area for you to fully enjoy nature. Our hosts were just wonderful and so hospitable. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip.

Everything. Mrs Shi, the hostess is excellent, very supportive and considering. Always ready to help resolving any problems that you might have. She got up early to make fantastic breakfast for us, and arranged her husband to drop us in the bus station. Highly recommend

The hotel is just next door of the main bus stop. There is also one 24hr 7-11 right opposite the hotel. Hotel provide voucher for bicycle renting also. Customer service is friendly, she introduce us to the dinner place nearby and also a spot for firefly watching. Good service. Definitely good experience of staying here in Sun Moon Lake

Modern and clean room with comfortable beds and good size bathroom. There’s even a snack corner c/w beverages and oats. Service was with a personal touch. They answered my queries b4 I checked in n after I checked out, Joyce even followed up with a wats app that I hv got onto the bus to Alishan. The mother and daughter is superb.
