We were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a TV. The hotel staff were truly awesome - they were welcoming, friendly and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. The location of the hotel is perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch, with a fantastic restaurant serving delicious meals and offered a great selection of soft drinks and fresh juices. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their friendly and attentive approach really made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend the Isla Bonita hotel for anyone visiting Matemwe, Zanzibar. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, stunning location, delicious food, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for accommodation on the island.

Very nice and clean room in a nice house. And Victor so friendly and helpful. Plenty, tasty breakfast. As we like to stay away from the beaches and prefer walking it is no issue that the property is situated a bit away, along the main road.Not very much sounds from the trafic.

The room was perfect! It had everything we needed and the fan was brilliant. There was a great kitchen area, well thought through, and someone around all day if you need anything and to look after the property. The best bit was the upstairs terrace - the hammocks were great to relax after a day at the beach. Raphy was very helpful and nice to chat to in the everings. Will definately be coming back if we return to Zanzibar.

Everything. Makofi has it all! They had cute signs everywhere letting out know important things. The drinks and food were good and the location is amazing!! Absolutely amazing staff!

Abdallah is an incredible host, I called him at night if I could arrive one night before and he kindly agreed to let us arrive late, he had everything to make you feel comfortable, he helped us a lot with everything, especially finding a taxi and getting back to the airport, and upon arrival he sent us I highly recommend a taxi, he make you feel at home.
