It was more than I could have imsgined. The location was superb with open waterfront view, beautiful sunset if lucky!! The house was just beautiful and the hosts were very nice. Accommodations were apartment-like, rather than just a bedroom/bathroom. You can make and eat your meals in the kitchenette. Fully equipped with pans, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. Located in a very beautiful area with much to do. View of Mount Rainier from one of the windows. The entrance is private and we never had to bother the hosts. Only met the host coincidentally as we were departing the property and she was out in the backyard with the dogs. There was no "meet and greet." Not an issue as that can be a positive depending on what one is looking for in an accommodation.

Very clean and comfortable with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend! There is one other room on the top floor of this carriage house and your private bathroom is steps away across the hall. There is a small common room with a desk, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

clean. good location. just it has a hostel vibe. can't even get 8 hours of sleep there. the have Two people who clean everyday. the room is a closet. it's a good place. just this particular room is a closet. it was stuffy and I was sweating at 5 am. some of the guests slammed doors waking me up on the morning. this room previously was a closet. they should get rid of this room. lowers the quality of the property.

Overall a nice place to stay - as the listing mentions the room is on the 2nd/3rd floor of the house and is on quite a narrow staircase so moving your bag up can be a bit annoying especially if you're quite tall (above 6ft) and if your bag is heavy! The room itself is quite nice for what it is (being tiny) and no real complaints staying there. There's even Laundry (Washer & Dryer) available which is neat, but I think some others live there permanently (there are 10 rooms in total) so it seems there could be a bit of competition for using it depending on time of day.
