Nice and comfortable room perfectly located near the action, but in a very quiet alley. The place was spotless clean and the owner made sure I had everything I needed. He gave many tips on what to visit in Hanoi and where to eat. He was very kind and friendly as well as his family and staff. I highly recommend Evelyn Indochine and I would go back there anytime!

Absolutely everything! The location: perfect, in a quiet side alley but still close to everything. The room & bed: spacious and comfortable. Bathroom: spotlessly clean, with excellent water pressure. Check-in and check-out: very easy, coordinated via WhatsApp. Value for money: simply excellent! And last but not least, our host, Rik was very helpful and approachable – it was clear that he was passionate about making his guests' stay as enjoyable as possible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tranquility Stay in Hanoi, and I cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Stella, the hostess, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Stella’s family is also amazing. She has three lovely daughters, two of whom stay at her place, adding a charming, family-friendly atmosphere. Not to mention, their adorable cat, Zoe, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and the staff are always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend Tranquility Stay to anyone visiting Hanoi. It truly made my stay unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the amazing Stella, her wonderful family, and the entire team. Five stars all the way!

It felt like home. My sister couldn’t arrive to Hanoi, so I was exploring it alone. They always made sure I feel comfortable. They invited me to dinner, borrowed me a bike to explore the area and even prepared a breakfast the day I was leaving. We had to rearrange the dates of stay several times, because of personal issues and they were always understanding. They have a big loving family and you feel like a part of it. It’s in really nice and quite area far from city center, which I loved. I could go on little run and bike rides around village. Also they were suggesting me the best options to plan my travels around Hanoi and making sure I’m safe and sound if I was returning late. I loved my stay and would definitely rate it 100 if I could.

The location in the old town is perfect. You have anything in walking distance. The owner was so kind, lovely and helpful. He booked us a privat taxi from the airport and welcomed us with a cold vietnam beer. He also took care of us the whole stay. We could exchange money by him without any fee and we could text him whenever we needed help. We can highly recommand this homestay.
