Guethouse Mountain was exactly what we were looking for: authentic, private, and peaceful, with a beautiful location in the mountains. There was a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony, where we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We had fresh eggs from the property’s own hens for breakfast . Our host and the rest of the family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the host spoke good English. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable, firm beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Dinner could be ordered in advance, and it was possible to get sandwiches for hiking. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy the peace and nature of Valbone.

The accomandation was beautiful just like the surounding. The Home was perfect because most of the hike trails are very close, the one to theth too. Also the river starts very near to the House, so you can cool down on a hot day. The food was good and it was no problem that we wanted to eat vegetarian. A nice breakfast was included every morning, Dinner menu was 8 Euros pP. However It can be hard to find. You have to take the Road where the sign from Mark Lamthi and Kol Gjoni is. Then you have to take a left on the dry river bed. Its about 200 m left of the Guesthouse wich you see right after you Turn Right from the main road once youre on the stony river bed. The road on the riverbed can be quite hard to see. I can really recommend Ledio s place!

Quiet, private property. Very clean.It looks like a cabin with each unit having its only entrance. My 13-year-old son and I were there with another mom and her son. We each had our own unit. There are 2 units next to each other. Each room has a private bathroom. It was fun finding the guesthouse. A car can pick you up, but since you are on the hiking trail you follow red markers on rocks and trees. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate outside. Marita the host was incredible. She greeted us on the trail and walked with us to her guest house. She asked if there was anything we needed. She was flexible with the breakfast time. She offered coffee at any time.

The host is very accommodating and wants to ensure that guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He surprised our hungry four-year-old with a giant jar of Nutella at breakfast. :). Would happily stay in the family room again. It had one large bed and a comfortable bunk bed for the kids.
