The food was some of the best I’ve had in Albania. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, especially guiding me through the logistics for the Valbonë to Theth hike, which I had planned for the next morning. And the view from the terrace? Unbelievable! Surrounded by stunning mountains, it was incredibly serene. I genuinely regret not booking a longer stay. I’ll absolutely be coming back – next time for more than just one night. Run by the amazing Marita, she provides the most amazing hospitality - we had lovely coffee and tea, the breakfast was big and filling and she packed our breakfast for the day we left for the hike to theth and it served the perfect breakfast/lunch! The room is new with super comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom is also new and clean! The guesthouse itself is in the most beautiful location - surrounded by trees and right next to the start of the trail to theth so you don't have to walk so far in the morning. We had a great stay in the most magical surroundings!!

The staff are so lovely, especially the young man who checked us in. His English is great! The room was clean and comfy and a lovely hot shower. They specially prepared us vegan options for breakfast. Pancakes, jam, salad, bread and fruit. Really delicious. Their dinner is also tasty and there were vegetarian and vegan options. The whole place had a great atmosphere and we were so happy we stayed here. The coffee is great too. I didn't expect there to be a proper coffee machine in Valbone. Thank you for a great stay. Thoroughly recommended.
