NIce appartments in a centre of Hobart CBD, 5 min walk to marina, 7 min to Salamanka market. They have underground parking for 20$ for 24hrs, tho you need to notify them in advance to secure your parking, othervice they will run out of space. Check in was quick and easy, They have 2 restourants on site run by locals. Malaysian and Japanese cousine. Room cleaning services everyday. will definatly come back.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the Apple and Walnut cake Nina made was lovely. The freshly baked sour dough bread was so good, I couldn't stop eating it. The home made yogurt was delicious. Nina was a lovely host and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful garden suite with ocean views. Unit was super clean and comfortable, and was very nicely presented (modern) with a well equipped kitchenette. Emily was a lovely host and we applaud her commitment to the planet by using eco-friendly products and reusable containers for toiletries. Breakfast was really nice; the bread was particularly good. Evening visitors to the garden included rabbits, kookaburra and wallabies - a real treat!

So much to like about this place, central quiet location, felt more like a private home, but with the usual conveniences, it’s the little homely touches that makes you feel most welcomed. From the skylight to view the stars while in bed., to the feeling of staying in an old colonial home with the modern comforts, great price and nice welcoming on arrival.

Breakfast was very good, partly home made. Well situated for taking trips outside Hobart. Very friendly staff and atmosphere like a private home. One felt welcome. Atmosphere in the house was "old world", not a typical, impersonal hotel.

An attractive, former private home from the last century. Location couldn't be better and our room looking over a park was quiet. The hotel is located within a short walking distance to the port and Salamanca market. I highly recommend this hotel.
