Amazing location with fantastic views from the balcony. Theo and Beatrice were the best hosts and so friendly and helpful. Loved the small family feel to the hotel, brilliant breakfasts and free parking were an added bonus.

The property is situated 29 km from Bern Clock Tower, 29 km from Münster Cathedral and 29 km from House of Parliament Bern. There was a farmers' market on the square the first morning there and we stocked up on some supplies. Easy location to train station. Entry is tucked behind the bar which took us a minute to figure out. Beds were very comfortable. Back patio looking onto Thun Castle was a bonus! Thun is not touristy and that was a true delight!

Boasting a lift, this property also has a modern restaurant and a sun terrace. The guest house has facilities for disabled guests. Breakfast options could've been a bit different, dont want to have the same thing for 5 days in a row. The quality of food was good. Location is just so blissful and perfect. Worth a visit and obviously I'd be staying here whenever I'm coming back.

The free bus pass that also doubles as a discount pass for certain activities on the Interlaken/Thun area is also a great touch and makes travel by bus all the easier and at no extra cost. When doing activities mention the card to save some money before paying for the activity such as visiting Thun Castle. There was also a fan included within the room which made up for not having control over air conditioning or an overhead fan. The owner who's phone number can be accessed via WhatsApp is also very kind and responsive. She was wonderful!
