Victor and his family live on the premises and there is a main door/gate to access the apartments/rooms. It is also very quite. The TV has many, many stations in English (and I suspect other languages besides Spanish) which was surprising and enjoyable. The in room refrigerator was useful. The large dispenser of bottled water was very helpful for refilling my water bottles. I also boiled water in the kitchen and bought it to my room in a thermos for tea. The bed was very comfortable with good cotton sheets and lots of blankets. There is also a heater and fans available if needed.

All units comprise a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. A stovetop and kitchenware are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the homestay, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Very comfortable place with its own mini garden, my cat was wandering around freely, Pablo is very friendly host, breakfast was delicious!

I was only guest there at the time so had the entire place to myself and it was beautiful. Eggs, bread and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch too! Pisco Elqui is a small place so location wise it was good as everything is within walking distance including the bus stop.
