Both the people working at reception during my check-in and checkout were super nice. Both went out of their way to help and answer any questions. Especially during the checkout I asked the receptionist if she could print out a document for me that I needed and she was super happy to help immediately without even asking. That's how I know this was a really welcoming place and people were super helpful.
