This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely guesthouse with a very kind and welcoming family. The hosts were always in touch via WhatsApp and made sure we had everything we needed. Since the house is a bit off the main hiking trail, they picked us up by car when we arrived and brought us back to the trail the next day — free of charge. We had an excellent, generous dinner with chacha and wine, and a delicious breakfast the next morning. Elos also helped us the following evening by driving all the way to Ushguli to pick us up and take us back to Mestia for 50 GEL (оn the way, he even treated us to ice cream and lemonade). Thanks to this, we could leave our backpacks in his car for the day and hike the final stage from Iprari to Ushguli with just light daypacks — which made a big difference! Highly recommended — we felt truly taken care of.

The village’s panorama viewpoint is just 3 minutes walk away, and you can be there easily in the early morning before the tourists arrive. The rooms are clean with stupendous views and en suite bathroom. Mamuka’s mother is a whiz in the kitchen: we booked dinner and breakfast with her during our 2 night stay and every meal was delicious. Home-made jams, milk from the family cows, produce from their garden and so on. Mamuka was also very responsive and helpful with advice and booking of transfer vehicle, and we learnt a lot about life in the mountains.

The best place in Svaneti, good host, good wine and dinner. Sitting in the courtyard of the 12th century tower and eating breakfast is bliss. I recommend this family hotel.
The food was really tasty and plentiful! Great host who took care of us really well. Amazingly good vegetarian options! Warm shower which was nice!
Maria is a really great host! Really nice woman that care for her guests, always helpful when I needed something and she speaks good english. She even let me visit the Svan tower that is part of the guesthouse. Room and bathroom were clean. I had a tasty dinner and breakfast. Didi madloba Maria!
Great location, spacious room, great host, lots of plants. There is a kitchen on the roof with a sea view. You can eat Georgian food in several cafes nearby, there is also a nice promenade with a beach, party island and a water park.
The best food I had between Mestia and Ushguli was definitely here! Lovely host, who took care of her guest like they were her grand children. Whereas outside it was quite cold, inside it was comfy, both in the bedroom and especially in the bathroom. Also very comfy hot shower available. Note: most people doing the hike will stay in Iprali or Lalkhori; this place is located 3-4km away from the other places, meaning the third day of the trail (assuming the ‘classic’ 4-day hike) will be a little shorter and the fourth day will be a little longer
Lovely host, very clean overall, nice heavy blankets, can’t go wrong with this guest house!
Nanu and her husband were the most welcoming and lovely hosts we had in our entire trip to Georgia. They helped us with every issue that came up, we didn't even had to ask. When we arrived to Mestia for the second time after a trek, we had to book a room at Nanus again and it felt like we came back home. Thank you so much.
Great homestay accommodation in the heart of Ushguli The house is very atmospheric and has been in the family for generations. Breakfast was huge and delicious and the family are very nice indeed. I was here for two nights and would come back.
Excellent hospitality, delicious food and a wonderful stay!! What a lovely homestay with such a warm and welcoming family, home prepared delicious food and home made tasty wine!
Was tricky to find but locals helped. .Accommodation is in 2 different buildings. Ours had a nice big wooden terrace looking downhill. . One shared loo and shower for 4 rooms which got very wet. Some people then wore shoes in it which made it muddy.Host family are lovely and made us very welcome at dinner in the cosy stone house across the street. Food was very good and catered well for special dietary needs. The family also do the river crossings by horse. Adishi is a special place and this is a good place to stay and experience it.
