My room was absolutely amazing-everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the abundance of flowers throughout the hotel and the pool area, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Adhi kindly allowed us to leave our large bags when we went to the gilis as we were returning. I would highly recommend staying here as it's a little hidden gem.
