We liked the parking space availability (we got to park in the house area) and the way the rooms are set up independently and how modern the decor is. Truly they had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay on the way to Rome for half the price of a Rome stay! That was awesome. Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

Everything was clean. Excellent value for your money. Stefano is a great host and is willing to help you whichever way he can. Picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at the airport; there is a cost for it, but in my case it was well worth it. I only stay one night and left really early the next day. I recommend this place and will stay again here, if I have to stay close to the Fiumicino Airport.

We were surprised at how quiet and comfortable the room was inspite of being located right downtown. It is a modern room in a old building and extremely well done. It is very close to the cruise port and an excellent place to stay prior to your cruise. Nicola was very helpful with dining recommendations and other advise. He will also take you directly to the cruise port to bypass the shuttle service.

From the moment I walked in, the room smelled amazing – fresh, clean, and inviting. Everything was spotless and perfectly organized, down to the tiniest detail. The overall atmosphere felt super cozy and calming, even though I was only staying for one night. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ drive from the airport, but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It’s a beautiful spot that would honestly be ideal for a longer stay too. All the necessities were provided (like water, toiletries, hairdryer, etc.), so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The host was incredibly helpful and kind – she provided all the info I needed before arrival, made sure I was comfortable, and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Drove us to the airport in the morning. Bungalow was well appointed with treats, water, Coke, teas, coffee and milk. Pictures show a bathtub but has since been upgraded to a lovely walk in shower. Restaurants on the water about a 20 minute walk. Would highly recommend.
