Their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home—it wasn’t just a place to sleep, it truly felt like staying with family. Their house told a story, filled with warmth, history, and the little personal touches that made it feel lived-in and loved. From the amazing homemade breakfast to the delicious ramen dinners they prepared, every meal was made with care and love. The guest house is conveniently located, just a short walk from a supermarket and a laundromat, which made things really easy for us. This personal, welcoming experience truly made our trip special. The location is amazing. Walking distance from everthing you wanna see in town. It realy clean.

I originally planned to stay just a short while, but it felt so peaceful and welcoming that I ended up extending my stay. There was so much to explore in the area. I discovered the three sacred mountains of Haguro, Gassan, and Yudono, part of the Dewa Sanzan, and I wanted to experience them all. The traditional accommodation was simple, beautiful, and full of charm .Bus stop and great food spot just across the street. I truly didn’t want to leave. What made it even more special were the two amazing women who run the place with such kindness and care. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. I will never forget my time here.
