Mr Kong is very knowledgeable about lao history (and world current affairs) and he took the time to tell us about all that in details. He and his family are so nice and available for questions. I would come back with no hesitation

Saying honestly the attitude to guests was the best of our three months traveling expirience. Thank you for transfer from and to bus station. The room was clean, hot water ran well. The location is also very attractive, and funny geckos all around. We loved them very much. We also kindly recomend to book tours from the guesthouse. Our guide Mr. Souk showed us everything, even more what was not in the tour programm. He has very good English, so ask for him if you stay in Sipanya guest house.
