He was so welcoming and caring, taking us to a gems shop and patiently waiting while we explored, helping us find perfect jackets, bringing us to amazing local restaurants, and showing us around Nuwara Eliya. The next morning after serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, he kindly drove us to the train station himself. What makes this place truly special is how the whole family makes you feel at home. The host was fantastic. Super helpful and very polite. It’s a great place to stay and would highly recommend! We had a room with the view and it was incredible. The location meant that it is a short walk to town but tuk tuks are readily available. We walked and it was an easy and nice walk. The lake is even closer. Will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

He is the guy who manage the place and he is an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and friendliness really helped us enjoy the trip. It was such a nice place. He made tea for us, got us food and did everything we asked without any complaints. We would go there again, just for him.
