The next day we went to visit Ambuluwawa tower before travelling to Negombo. The mud chalet is very clean and tidy, with AC and mosquito nets. Anushka and his family prepared food for us which was very tasty. Overall we had a fantastic time, and staying here was a great start to our trip. Anushka and his family were very helpful when we had some questions, and taught us about the local customs and history

Everything is clean, the beadroom and washroom is big. There‘s also a terrace where you can enjoy sunset and the delicious breakfast and dinner (you can get it there for a good price and it’s homemade by the family). If you like nature and silence, this is the perfect place. The owner also helped me out to plan my next stepps and told me some nice places - thank you for that! I enjoyed my stay a lot and would hardly recommend this place - I would love to come back!

The staff was very friendly and arranged everything as we wanted. We got large portions for breakfast which was really yummy and it was included to the booking price aswell. Really worth the price. Wanna go there again in the near future. If you are planning to go there, go for a night stay highly recommended.
