The gardens are absolutely gorgeous and due to the heavy rain when we visited we spent a lot of time drinking tea and sitting on the covered porch. The hosts were very attentive and available but not over bearing. They gave us tuk tuk rides at a good price to pidurangala rock and Sigiriya rock. The room was spotless and so comfortable. We’ve been in Sri Lanka now for 2 weeks and this was our favourite accommodation.

Better than the pictures! Very nice new AC, great bathroom with hot showers, really good mosquito nets with elastic edging. Set well back from the lorry and bus filled busy main road with really nice views across to the hills, was very tranquil. Can sit out the front of your room or there was the covered eating area with dartboard. Re-opened 7 months ago and the new owners are doing a great job. Included breakfast with fruit, toast and eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this place if staying in dambulla, great value and as mentioned before, away from the busy main road.

It was the best experience of the whole trip. The hosts were friendly and kind, and the owner took us on different tours in a tuk-tuk. The dinner they prepared for us was the most delicious of everything we tried. It was an unforgettable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation ♥️
