The room was comfortable, the amenities worked flawlessly, the garden setting was delightful, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended! For such a reasonable price, with such a good accommodation and breakfast, and a prime location, it's truly excellent!

There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. It's a little little family business with fantastic hosts! A basic but cosy treehouse, the cooking time with their family was one of my best experience in Sigiriya! Those people deserve a big big support

The guest house provides pool views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available. Super nice rooms, well decorated, very clean and calm. The private pool is a real plus. Perfect to chill and relax. Mahesh is the manager of the place and was offering to us free pick up from the center to the cottage which really helped us a lot. I really recommend this place. The only 2 things that do not match with the description of the hotel: no free pick up from dambulla and no bikes to lend in the place.
