Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.

Communication was excellent. Hamid looked after us very well. The location was perfect. The riad was quiet. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our room was well prepared. The heating system was operating very well. Shower pressure and temperature were excellent.

We spent 3 days in this wonderful riad , our room was on the rooftop just a few steps from a beautiful view of Fes's medina. Very clean, nice and comfortable room. What really make our permanence special in that riad it was an amazing, professional and lovely guys,he is called Omar. Since our arrival he letteraly helped us with everything, he gave us all kinds of information and a few skills about medina's labirint. We also ate the best food in Morocco, they have a small restaurant on the terrace in a different riad just 2 min by walk from Riad Qamar. We also had dinner there and it was good. They arranged for us a taxi early in the morning. Very close to the location where taxi are stopping.
