Everything went well - the staff was more than kind - they did laundry for us when we asked, printed our plane tickets, packed breakfast for us when we went for an out of town tour.. Our room was nice - equipped with toiletries, had extra blankets, it was cozy.

Location was great, Riad was very beautiful, bathroom was well equipped, terrace was great to enjoy the views, breakfast was abundant, great variety of both continental and local food.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially finding meeting points with tours.

Ilyes welcomed us and was there if we needed anything. The roof top has a wonderful view and is a delight to have the breakfast there. We couldn't enjoy the breakfast for both days but Ilyes was so nice and prepared us something for the travel.

We leave early in the morning before breakfast hours and they make us something to take away and also help us found taxi to the station with good price!
