Downstairs is an open space living room where a doggie usually lies on a couch ready for pets. The chef makes you good breakfast every morning plus there is always a selection of hot drinks available for you. The staff is super nice- any request we had, e.i. to bring a heater to the room or to have a hot water bottle brought earlier or to borrow a luggage scale- was immediately met. We had an Inca Trail planned in the middle of our stay ,so we left our suitcases in the hotel for 4 days and they were perfectly safe there the whole time. We read ahead that it is located on a hill so we knew that there is a walk up the hill from the centre, no problem for us, in fact, it served us to get acclimatised to the hight altitude.

The breakfast was fantastic, although we only had it during 2 days because our tours were departing very early. Coke tea and hot water was always available with a variety of delicious options to start our day. Their kindness and prompt assistance with any request made our experience unforgettable.
