We have been welcomed by the wonderful host Lucrecia (Richar’s wife) alongside with her daughter. The rooms are really nice and clean and the view is just incredible. For lunch dinner and breakfast Lucrecia cooks delicious and healthy meals that we loved. Spending some time there has been truly relaxing and one to one with nature and local culture! Thank you to the family, highly recommended for a unique experience. Note on how to arrive: Easily grab a local bus “collectivo” from Puno to Capachica and then take a local boat from Chifforn Port to Amantaní. Then either you walk 1+ hours or take a ride with the motorbike that are available at the port waiting (very cool experience)

Jose Luis spoke English which was very helpful. Authentic homestay experience, gave us traditional clothes for the dance in the evening and they brought and danced with us.

Isaac is a wonderful Sir and his wife as well funny, nice and makes great piece of art with her hands like pillows covers etc. room is large, food is great, breakfast fantastic and their care, attention and professionalism are to the top. The room and the bathroom in such a good shape and new condition! Super clean and most importantly very nice and hot shower(had to wait few mins tho until it warms up). You might think you are far away from the central but there is a minivan that cost 1 soles takes you straight to central part within less than 10 mins and it comes so frequently that you will never have to wait! Big plus for letting us stay without a problem in the place for the whole full day (as we had to get the bus at night to Cusco). Very quiet location!

It is located 1.1 km from Plaza de Armas Puno and offers a concierge service. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The main thing which was very important they let us check in at 5 am in the morning instead of afternoon as our bus arrived at 4.30 am. Staff is nice, rooms are clean and modern, there's hot water and early breakfast. Close to the bus station and city center Thanks a lot!
