A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a coffee machine. At the homestay, all units come with bed linen and towels. Quiet, spacious and wonderful hosts. They took the time to show us around the property. Very friendly hosts. They gave us great recommendations for dinner places. We enjoyed the pool, and we even had a taste of fruits they grow on their property. The family room was spacious for 5 people, beds are very comfortable and bathroom is gorgeous. The continental breakfast was served with homemade jams they make themselves. Lots of personal touches which we loved. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The views, the staff, the wine, the breakfast, the room, the beds, the shower were all perfection. Great location if you are visiting the wineries. A truly spectacular stay that we will come back to when we revisit The Douro valley.

The house is immaculate, so homely. A must stay if doing the Camino Interior, Ecopista do Corgo or the N2. I highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Situated in Provesende and only 12 km from Natur Waterpark, Quinta Pedreira dos Anjos features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated guest house is located 35 km from Douro Museum and 46 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary. The guest house has family rooms. We wanted quite and romantic place, out of the city place but close enough to drive by car. This place is located 20-25 minutes from the Sabrosa/Pinhao. The stay was amazing! The room was spacious enough and we had a big window facing the valley. The sunset and the morning views are incredible there. And because of the isolated location it so quite there. Except the room there is also a place outside in the property to sit and enjoy the wine and the views. The host gave us a taste of their own wine and port and we also asked for the breakfast (additional price). Wow, you definitely must have it! Aurora made us a wonderful breakfast. Everything on the table came from their own garden. And the view from the balcony (where we ate) is amazing.

I the village is so quiet, I had a walk before the sunset, there was an incredible light and the church looks stunning in the dark blue light. I had some drinks in the only cafe of the village. The local people I met there were so nice and welcoming and the port wine was very good.
