The room was clean, with a bathroom that even had a separate shower. That's quite rare, and it was nice not to have to stand in the bathroom with wet feet the whole time. The fruit from the garden is freely available and is even marked with a red ribbon when it's ripe. You're constantly offered fresh fruit. The food on offer is varied, and everything we ate was delicious. If you want, you don't have to leave the accommodation at all. There's a free breakfast every day, consisting of two fried eggs, a baguette, and a coffee, tea, or fruit juice. Except for the occasional karaoke performance from the neighbors, it's a very quiet place where you can truly relax. The accommodation has direct access to the river and plenty of seating. We were able to work wonderfully here, as the Wi-Fi was also very good, and if you want, you can sit by the river for hours and unwind. We felt very comfortable and welcome here. If we return to the Mekong Delta, we will stay here again.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. It's obvius that Phuc Sinh Homestay was our best accomodation during our 3 weeks trip. Located in a fantastic place, in the middle of very calm area of Mekong Delta, full of palms, canals, small plots with lovely houses. The people living there are very friendly, everybody say hello, smile, happy. Homestay staff is very nice as well, young guy, Kha is extremely helpful gentleman, thanks! He arranged smoothly everything we wanted, Mekong tours, bicycle, scooter, taxi, bus to Saigon, etc. Food for breakfast and dinner were excellent at reasonable prices. We looked around the area, but to tell the truth, it was the best choosen related to accomodation in this area. For staying more days I suggest Phuc Sinh Homestay very much.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. If you are lucky enough to find this homestay, stay here! We booked the riverfront bungalow. The host, the location, the experience is fantastic. Do not book a boat tour in advance with someone else. Take the 5 hour boat tour with the host, it was one of our best experiences in Vietnam. The bikes are in very good shape, and the biking on quiet roads/paths was loverly. Great coffee shop, on the river, is only a short bike ride away. After busy days, the pool was clean and inviting. We ate all our meals at the homestay. Breakfast is included; lunch, snacks, and dinner are delicious and reasonably priced.

The homestay has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. A great opportunity to see life outside of the big and touristy areas of Vietnam. The food was great and the host family very friendly and helpful. Thuy is the main point of contact and she speaks excellent English. Accommodations are basic but certainly authentic for the Mekong Delta region. The home stay is right on the water on an island with plenty of opportunities for bird watching and boat rides if you are so inclined.

The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a traditional restaurant. We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our experience. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It's run by a lovely Vietnamese family who make us feel welcome. They helped us book transport and local tours, which made everything so much easier. I even forgot my laptop charger, and they kindly sent it all the way to Ho Chi Minh City for me without asking for anything in return—an incredible gesture we deeply appreciated. The food was good and fresh, especially the breakfast and meals prepared on-site. We truly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A huge thank you to the owners for all their help and kindness!
