I think all the homestays in Ban Gioc are close to each other anyway. We got upgraded to a better room for free. The place was clean. The dinner together with all the other guests was very nice, and there was plenty of food. The breakfast was good as well.

The location is perfect, in a quiet alley right in the center of the city. We rented a bike in top condition to do a 5-day excursion without any problems. They also arranged a very reasonabally priced and comfy ride back to Hanoi.

They let us check in early, which we were so grateful for as we needed the sleep. They helped us plan our trip allowing us to see some beautiful areas. We booked our motorbike through them which worked perfectly, they also provided proper helmet! So lovely, the most helpful hosts we’ve ever had!
