The fridge is quite and you can find plenty of tea bag and instant coffee next to the kettle.) Bonus the washing machine (the washing liquid is provided) on the top floor and the shared kitchen on the ground floor. The rooms are in the backyard and really quite (compared to some noisy accommodations in Hanoi.) Thank you the relaxed stay!

Despite that, this is not an in person check-in, the system to get in is super clear and well explained, Phoebe helped us to reschedule our booking due to some visa difficulties, also offered us extra information, and was always willing to see how we were. Boasting city views, T Home Balcony Homestay offers accommodation with balcony, around 700 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral. It is set less than 1 km from Hanoi Opera House and provides a shared kitchen. The property is 100 metres from Trang Tien Plaza, and within 400 metres of the city centre. Don’t look any further! Recommend staying at T Home Balcony. Excellent location, rooms are in great condition (personally thought the room was better than the photos look), we also had a late 1am check in but our host was really accommodating and easy to communicate with.

At the homestay, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. I've been traveling for 7 years - 4months in Asia -.and this is one of the most flawless hotels I've encountered. Breakfast great (bread is French standard!), lovely coffee and complimentary drinks at all times. Rooms are fantastic, they even offered me an upgrade (which I didn't pay for) but I was happy with my room opposite the terrace with wonderful evening views. Stella, and the other staff, were incredibly nice and helpful at all times. Even recommending NOT to do a tour, which is incredible for Vietnam. Due to weather and potential danger during the Ha Giang loop. AC colder than the arctic:), breakfast better than a 5* restaurant, and staff consideration up there with the best in Asia. Thank you

Located 12 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and 12 km from West Lake, Lee Homestay features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Spacious and clean room with a desk, air purifier and a/c (with heater option for the cold months!). Nice bathroom with hot water and towels provided. The family is incredibly generous and hospitable. They gave us warm jackets to wear as we only had summer clothes haha, and often shared food with us. We could get water and cook in their kitchen independently too. They also did our laundry without charge. Definitely recommended if you prefer to be located outside of the city, or if you want to work online (as we did). There is a bus that you can take to get to the centre for cheap.

Thuyannh, the owner, is beyond incredible! She waited for me to arrive with her umbrella in the pouring rain! She was so kind to help me with everything! The room is so big, clean and comfy! The area is VERY near the lake and the cathedral. It is near shops and food stalls. She makes sure you get all your meals ready and prepares them for you. She was so kind in always asking if i needed anything since i was traveling alone. If you are looking for a place to stay in old quarter hanoi, affordable, comfy and clean, stay in this place!
