I love the decoration, it feels very special and unique. Very very clean, good quality furniture and bed. I am very happy we could use the common kitchen facilities and that filtered water was provided. Rik was very helpful and friendly. Very silent and away from traffic noise, although around 8/9am I heard some roosters. But compared to other accommodations in Hanoi, this is an oasis of calmness.

The rooms are in the backyard and really quite (compared to some noisy accommodations in Hanoi.) Thank you the relaxed stay!

The breakfast is simple but delicious and fresh, and always served with a big smile.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. The place is in a quiet area and there is a big temple nearby. Lee is a very nice and helpful person. The place is clean and the rooms have windows. I highly recommend this place

Lovely homestay with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The host could've not been more responsive to any questions or requests we had, and took care of our laundry for next to nothing too! Perhaps more importantly for a city like Hanoi, it's centrally located yet tucked just enough in the back corner that reaching the room and opening the large window we could actually hear bird song rather than incessant traffic noice or other people. So cherish it for the quiet hideaway it provides!

They'd go out of their way to ensure your utmost comfort in every imaginable way! They not only welcomed us on the street and helped us unload our bags from the motorcycle but would not let us carry out bags ourselves... You very rarely see such hospitality these days! Without us asking they put a sturdy lock on our bike🔒 and have us the 🗝️ ❤️ We took advantage of the really competitively priced express laundry service offered at the property. We were supposed to stay for 1 night and ended up spending 4 nights @ this amazingly cozy little gem in the heart of Hanoi! Thank you for everything!
