Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Super cute house in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, felt like staying with a friend. They offered us tea and snacks in the morning in their lovely courtyard. Room was basically one giant bed!! Amazing! Super comfortable, we had some of the best sleep on our trip while staying here. Equidistant from old quarter and the airport so perfect location if you are beginning or ending your trip.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The accommodation is a decent size with seating and lots of storage. Thuy Anh is unbelievably generous and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and meets your every need. She serves a variety of delicious traditional Vietnamese breakfasts every morning. The location is fantastic on a very nice street, about a block from Hoan Kiem Lake, with many great restaurants nearby. I loved staying here.

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 1.2 km from Ha Noi Railway station. The homestay features family rooms. Loved my stay here. Rooms are basic but have everything you need, it was a really good size and the bed was super comfy. Everything was clean and the aircon worked really well. The shared bathroom was only shared between two rooms and was clean with good toiletries. The owner was super helpful and waited for me to arrive on a last minute booking. The location is also great, just behind train street, with a big convenience store just across the street and lots of other useful shops/restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended and wish I'd stayed here rather than the more expensive but rubbish hotel I used on my previous stay.
