It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

L’établissement Kemi House Hoi An se trouve à Hội An, à respectivement 500 mètres et 1 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Pont couvert japonais et Musée d'histoire de Hoi An. Location was prefect . All walking distance , definitely will stay here again. They have laundry, motorbike & bicycles rental also. Opposite have 5 star resort and bar, it doesn’t effect the noise at all.

Le service et l’aide des gérants étaient super ! Pleins de bon conseils, bon niveau d’anglais pour vraiment pouvoir répondre à nos questions sans malentendu. Proposes des services de taxis depuis l’aéroport ! Bon prix ! Merci beaucoup ! Je vous conseille vivement cet établissement !

L’établissement LOCAL BEACH FRONT VILLAS vous accueille à Tân Thành (1), à respectivement quelques pas et 5,7 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Plage d'An Bang et Pont couvert japonais. Everything was just perfect, Khanh is looking after everybody so well. The house is beautiful, rooms are big and clean, swimming pool is big. The people around is really friendly, go see the lovely lady on the beach 1min walk from the house, get some drinks and food and chill out! We were supposed to stay 2 days and ended up staying 6 days until we leave Vietnam!

Wonderful stay at this homestay! The host is very responsive, helpful and kind. She even proposed to us to take a shower at her bathroom after our checkout as we were coming back from the beach. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and with a nice sea view!
