If I could put more than 10 - I will definitely gonna do that. I have never experienced the hostel before and for me it was important to have all in one at cheap rate. Here I didn’t felt like I am at hostel at all. Super clean, staff is great. I felt like home out of home. When I fall sick , they even were helping me with my requests on unlimited hot water and tea preparation. 100/10

A perfect place to stay for a few days visit to Yerevan, about 20' walk to downtown, in a quiet neighborhood with parking outside the house. The hostess was very welcoming, the little garden area lovely to relax, the beds really great, curtained off for privacy, and the bathroom facility top notch. The manager, Amin, is very kind. He knows all the must visit places. Bedroom and bathroom are very clean. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 shower booth. I never waited for my turn. Kitchen is also good to cook and spacious.

All of the comments about the hospitality of the hosts are on point. Truly delightful humans. Very little English but with google translate and a jolly attitude there was easy communication. Property is meticulously cared for and quite comfortable. Extended my stay for total of a week and will happily return when next in Yerevan.
