The place is extremely clean and very spacious. My room was cool and the bed was comfortable. The other guests were nice when they were around (most people seem to spend their time out and about or in their rooms).

Refurbished in May, 2018, Mad Monkey Village featuresa TV, a kitchen, bathrooms with air-conditioners in every room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi provided.

The property just opened after its renovations. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were really good and clean. Definitely recommend this hostel when you are looking for a hostel in which you can relax and socialize at the same time!

Ideally located in the scenic and quieter area of the Esplanade- away from the noise of the clubs, bars and traffic- but only an easy 10 minute walk to the main attractions, the Pier and Cairns City...

The vibe of the place was amazing. The owner and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The resturant on the hotel is also very nice. Loved the pool. Best part is because of the common space, its a great place to meet new place
