I don’t understand that this hotel is rated low. It’s very comfortable, clean and spacious. There is a large outside balcony and again it’s one of the cleanest hotels/ hostels that i have ever seen!

Featuring an outdoor pool and a fully equipped communal kitchen, YHA Coolangatta Gold Coast is just a 10-minute walk from Gold Coast Airport.

Hot water wall tank, filtered cold drinking water, ice, storage drawer under the bed, tidy and spacious fridge and food cupboard. quiet time 9pm-9:30am, sitting area at kitchen, TV lounge and balcony, laundry, ironing facilities., and luggage storage room. Like a super big well set up home environment.

Clean facilities and nice outdoor seating & pool. Hostel kitchen can get really busy and there is only one sink, one microwave & two stoves so plan the times you eat carefully to avoid the busy period. Really good location and only about a 5-10 minute walk from the center of surfers paradise & beach. Public transport is also really easily available and we used this to go to movie world and sea world which I also recommend.
