The personel was no nice! They offered me another room to stay with a woman to be more comfortable. I am so glad for that king of kindness! You can take tram or bus to get to city center. It takes half hour. Facilities were also good. There are various tea they offer you, and this is really nice to have hot water as well when you back from cold weather. The people in shared area were nice also, recommended!

Everything was perfect! I will definitely come back! All clean, big and warm room, nice view and friendly staff and in the centre of the town! Also big shout-out that after 23:00 people respect those who want to sleep!

We spent only one night, but it was great being there. The place has a "charm" of its own. All clean, goods and spacious rooms, well located (if you like beer, there is an amazing brewhouse just on the next door). Breakfast was not included, but we could pre-order the night before and the next day we received it fresh from the nearby suppliers ;-)

Being a Capsule Hotel you can’t expect luxury, it was nevertheless very practical and beautifully made, clean and practical. It’s in absolutely downtown Zurich in the old town, walking distance from everything. highly recommend it if you travel with a tight budget.

I lke everythinig regarding this hostel. Perfect location. Nice people. Nice design. Comfort Nice rooftop for smoking. Bathroom are very nice and clean. It really Friendly hostel. Also great thanks to Elena. She was very helpfull.

The best thing for me was the location. It was a few minutes away from Bus, and Train Stations. Also, the COOP Supermarket was also 1 minute away from the location.
