The host was really kind, gave us a lot of information and tips about the best way to enjoy the area

The hotel was super nice! I would say the most comfortable bed you could ask for after such tiring hikings! Zhangjiajie National Park routes can be tricky to figure out, but thanks to the help of the staff we’ve been able to plan our activities :) Overall an amazing experience!

Very nice approach, EN level high above local standard

This hostel is amazing! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hostel as a solo female traveler! The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. It's truly excellent value for money. My bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Having lockers inside the room was a huge plus for security and peace of mind. A really nice touch upon arrival was receiving shower gel, toilet paper, slippers, and a toothbrush – perfect when you're trying to pack light! What really stood out was their understanding of female travelers' needs. During an unexpected situation, I found myself without essential feminine hygiene products. I hesitantly asked a female staff member if they had any available for purchase or if she knew where I could get some nearby. To my immense relief and appreciation, she discreetly provided me with what I needed free of charge. Overall, I felt very safe, respected, and well taken care of here. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hostel highly enough to other women traveling alone.

Although the owners can't speak English but we communicate very well through the translator. Very lovely couple, would help us with everything we requested. What I'm really touch was you found a puppy (a week old?) in a garbage and took the puppy home and took really good care of the puppy. Lovely couple!
