- Very helpful staff to answer questions and give us recommendations, with at least one person available 24/7 at reception. - Food is great and varied, at a reasonable price. I quite liked that breakfast always included a bit of fruit. - Location is very central - They charged me twice without me noticing, and they were transparent and serious to tell me that and return the money. - They have a quick laundry service at a reasonable price. - They have portable water and coffee available at all times. - The property is pretty. - The rooftop is quite pretty and good to relax at the end of the day.

This hostel is right in the center where it all happens. The cabins are huge. You can put all your stuff inside the cabin where you sleep in, and still you have enough space left. The rooms were clean. The rooftop is a big plus, and the pizza restaurant downstairs is amazing! This is better than a fancy hotel. Don't look further!

I loved the fact that is the heart of Cartagena and surrounded by different restaurants. The staff was amazing, need to highlight Romney the barman, really kind and professional. Also the volunteers Marie and Debora helped me a lot, they gave me lot of information of things to do in Cartagena.

We liked the quad room for our family stay. Beds were comfortable and had sheets and blankets. We had a private bathroom which we liked. The room was air conditioned. The rooftop area had a really great view at night

We loved it! The hostel has everything you need. The location is great, near a supermarket and an easy walk to the center. The pool was excellent and the breakfast was great. Lastly, we LOVED the cats!!!

    Best hostel breakfast ever! Always a choice of fresh options, really substantial and was great every morning. Free coffee, drinking water and ice 24/7. Hostel is in a fab location and the staff were incredible friendly and helpful - cheap laundry service too!

    Best hostel we’ve ever stayed in, great location, lovely homely atmosphere but no 1 is the staff they are the best SO helpful and accommodating! Massive shout out to the wonderful Jorge who owns/runs the hostel who is truly one of the nicest people we’ve ever met and really made our stay in Cartagena as he gave us the best advice and really looked out for us, ensuring we had the best time.

    This is probably one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many. The location is amazing, the staff is lovely, the dorms are great and well equipped (curtains on beds, AC, own power plug and light by bed, locker), there are social areas to hang out, the breakfast is great and there is someone at reception 24/7, so it's very safe. There's even a Netflix room. And the cats are sweet. I was even able to use the pool and shower before check-in, as I arrived early.
