This is a perfect place. This is not the first time I picked it. It is pretty close to the airport: use Tram 68 / N62 to S Grünau + S8 / S85 / S46 (or whatever: sometimes random S9 / S41) to Adlershof + S9 / S45 to BER T1-T2; strictly ignore any other directons of Google maps / etc. Staff is very nice. If they want to enter (e.g. to change sheets), they knock and give you enough time to answer (that's important). The building is good: it is not cold or smth, just as should be. Interiors are amazing: they have lots of art on walls, large old-fashioned scales on the first floor. Still it is functional: many kitchens and toilets make absence of clouds at any time. Kitchens have microwaves and rooms have refrigerators (whoa! that is super cool!). Price is not reasonable: it is an incredible money for value ratio. I didn't find anything like this in EU outside of Berlin. Place is very quiet: near is only a narrow two-line street with a tram stop very near to the hostel.
