The staff is very kind. We arrived in Palma after 00:00 and we were able to check in without a problem, although the reception is not open 24 hours. It's really good from all aspects - comfort, location, staff, price. Especially, I had an issue as it was initially planned to travel with my friend, but due to an unforeseen circumstance, she couldn't make it. It was too late to cancel the reservation, but after explaining the situation to the man .at the reception, he was very understanding and refunded the amount for my friend. Honestly, I highly recommend this hostel to everyone.
