The dorms are spacious, with nice, comfy bunk beds. The toilets and showers are clean. And of course Richard. A gem of a person who makes you feel at home in minutes. He has got great sense of humor and can help you with any info regarding Oban and the isles around. We also met Venezia there who was very helpful. It's basic, for example, no TV, no kettle or tea making in the room and only one bedside lamp.
