We are very happy with our stay in Panorama in Kutaisi! The hotel owner does her best to make guests happy and satisfied. She manages hotel by herself and I can’t imagine how she stays on the top of everything, but the room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty! The view from the terrace is the highlight of this hotel and it’s amazing. The city center and famous Bagrati cathedral are both 5 minutes walk. We truly recommend this accommodation.

The host, he was very kind. Location is awesome, clean kitchen, common area is perfect. Hostel has good vibe. I liked the idea in kitchen about sharing things/leftovers. This doesnt mean if you forget the ring in bathroom is shearable too, but whoever took it, let it wear it nicely.

It's really clean and the feet are very wide. The owner is kind. The stop is 1 minute away and buses come often. The billiard room was also available for free. And it's safe because the owner is always there.

Genuine family vibe, easy to socialise with the other guests, friendly volunteers and owner. The free breakfast was an unexpected perk, and really nice. Check in was easy despite my flight being quite late. Free towel provided, bed had curtains, there were also umbrellas available which came in handy on a rainy day. Board games in the common area, WiFi seemed reliable enough, lockers were small but free to use.

If you are headed into Kutaisi & happen to chance upon this apartment, blindly book it. The apartment is bang in the centre of Kutaisi, less than a minute from Colchis Fountain & all the tourist spots are around. It makes for a perfect base to explore the city OR even if you are travelling on work, it is just ideal as you are not far from anything. Being at such a location, it is the easiest to access any transport & all shops / restaurants / forex centres etc. The apartment is super clean with all amenities provided & beautifully done in terms of interiors to make it a warm, pleasant, memorable stay. Really hope many more get a chance to experience Moedani Apartments whilst in Kutaisi
