Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — I couldn’t stop admiring it. The host was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful — always ready to assist with anything we needed. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. I would definitely love to come back again!

This is a great hotel/hostel, the room was clean and quiet. The bathroom facilities met my expectations, the most wonderful thing is that the center of town is no more than a 8 to 10 minute. The area of the hotel is very peaceful as well. The entire staff were very helpful and courtesy. Overall the facilities very good. The owner even invited me to a party that they were having, what a incredible experience. Thanks Everyone for being so helpful. Salome, Dima, and George, and the owner. You guys are great.

Very cool hostile. Gives you a traditional home feel. Common area to hang out. There are dogs and cats that are super friendly and take pets if you give them, but never approach you if you don't go pet first. Not a special or dust, everything is being cleaned daily. And the owner bends over backwards to make guests happy and make sure they have everything they need. Very helpful. Amazing experience.

It's really clean and the feet are very wide. The owner is kind. The stop is 1 minute away and buses come often. The billiard room was also available for free. And it's safe because the owner is always there.

We ended up staying here twice, before and after our visit to Svaneti, Our host was kind enough to take care of our luggage while we were gone, This property is situated in a quit (although quite) uphill part of town with a nice view. The room and the terrace were nice and tidy and the host Gotcha is a very friendly guy

Hostel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The owners and staff have become our second family over these few days. The puppy in the yard is playful and very beautiful💔💔💔 The place is clean, with a nice location. I recommend it for a few days if you are in Kutaisi.
