A wonderful guesthouse just outside centre. Peaceful and quiet area, metro access just 200 meters away. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Clean place and good beds.No bugz and mosquitos.

It's my second time in this hostel and I hope not the last, because everything was perfect, as usual. Room and mutual zones were clean, staff was helpful and let me check in early in the morning.

Rating: 10/10 I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything is thoughtfully designed, clean, and cozy. Natalia, the host, really goes above and beyond — she gave me a full list of places to visit and restaurants to try. And being able to enjoy the view from the Betlemi Old Town Hotel terrace upstairs? Just wow. Pure magic.

Absolutely loved staying at this property! It is incredibly clean—the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in Tbilisi—and in an amazing central location, making it perfect for exploring the city. The apartment comes with fantastic extra facilities including a hairdryer, iron, free washing machine, fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay so convenient and comfortable. A huge special thanks to Katrina, the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and she even assisted with luggage storage and allowed me a later check-out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

It‘s absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tbilisi, allowing you to explore the city easily. The atmosphere is wonderful, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. Very friendly and helpful owner. Room was very clean. Hostel is in a calm and quiet location. There is no air conditioning but that's not really necessary because it's a basement, so the room stays relatively cool even when it's hot outside.
