I love capsule beds, the matrace was very comfortable, the receptionist were nice, you got a towel and breakfast is included as well.

Excellent customer service skills and abilities by the receptionist Denis who has the ability just 1 person to attend to a great number of guests at this hostel, and deliver a good job and focus on each and every single customer that I find incredible! The hostel is located in the safest area in Guatemala city that is clean, close to amenities, shops, and restaurants and most importantly at a very short distance from the international airport which make it ideal if you want to catch a flight, as in my case. The hostel is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable and quiet hours are kept in this hostel which make it very easy to rest and have a good night's sleep. Hostel has a lounge and kitchen which is the cleanest I have seen in a hostel up to now. The breakfast that had been served included pancakes with syrup that have been absolutely delicious! The hostel overexceeded my expectations and will definitely be booking this again in the future. If you are looking for a comfortable , safe stay with great customer service and close to the international airport then, this hostel is highly recommended by me.

An amazing hostel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is perfect with easy access to shopping and the airport, and the facilities are top-notch. The pool is a great bonus, and everything is always clean, from the shared bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it!

The staff are so nice. The shower is great, enough water pressure and hot water. Toilets are clean. The hostel is cute and well decorated. The breakfast is delicious. They also provide simple breakfast for to go. The location is a bit away from the center so it is really quiet at night! Perfect! Will definitely come back!
