This was amazing stay at The Door to Nirvana. Very friendly atmosphere, staff is helpful, beautiful location with fabulous views. Rooms are wooden, cozy and spacious with balconies. Food was delicious, freshly prepared. Highly recommend this place, if you are nearby, you should definitely visit.

Cleanliness and view are the two most important qualities of this place. If we could we would stay longer. The staff is really helpful and great people to chat and chill. If u need food all deliveries from Ooty come in less than 30 min. Highly recommended!

    Location, breakfast, Host, caretakers, vibe, everything. It was altogether a wonderful experience. The pottery, horse riding sessions organized by the hostel owners were amaze. The bonfire sessions and the two beautiful dogs who were friendly and playful.

    It was the best hostel I have ever stayed in, you could see how everything has been made with love. The owners are such nice and genuine people. I loved my stay at The Birdhouse Hostel

    Lilly akka's veg biryani is worth a try. The host was a girl volunteering ,I think the vibe became quite friendly because of her. The view is nice from the hostel. The property owner was there to attend. Overall, it's a good place to stay in coonoor on a medium budget over the quill hill road.
