The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was good and served in time, very cozy hall for breakfast. Various options for breakfast. The location is very good. Just a little walk to get the tram station which works every 5 or 10 minutes. For solo travelers it is good option. Staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist young lady was very supportive. Thank you. Will recommend my friends.

The staff was SUPER friendly and very helpful with anything you needed. The actual place itself was very fun and had a wide variety they offered including a communal kitchen and bar area. They also seemed to have events almost every evening. It was a very fun environment while still offering the necessary quiet for you to sleep in.

It is a very nice hostel with really nice rooms, I stayed in a private room, which was very comfortable, clean, had a great view out the window. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and location couldn’t be better. I highly recommend this.
