All were incredible,the staff was very friendly,room was really big and included all that we needed. I would like to separately note that it was very warm, the blanket was very thin and warm, very comfortable, the mattress was very cool, comfortable. The pillows too. I am very demanding of the bed - here everything was at a good level. It was quiet, maybe because we were there for Christmas - I liked it. The breakfast is not very varied, but this is compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. I have been to different countries, different hotels - but I really liked it here! And of course the location - very close to the metro, convenient! Easy to get to the airport.

Stayed at this hostel recently and I'm really impressed! The perfect balance between socializing and personal space - they organize fun afternoon activities where you can meet other travelers, but there's no pressure if you want some quiet time instead. The facilities are top-notch: spotless rooms and really comfortable beds. Staff makes a huge difference here - they're super friendly and always ready to help or chat. Location is unbeatable, just 2 minutes from the metro station. As someone who stayed alone in a hostel for the first time, I couldn't have picked a better place. The safe and welcoming atmosphere completely put me at ease. Between the great experience and fantastic location, I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

The hostel has good location near the metro station, there are supermarkets nearby as well. Reception is very friendly - you may ask them when you need anything and they will help. There is a kitchen with a fridge on every floor, which is very nice. And it's a common area where you can hang out with others. I had a bed in a shared room and we had our own bathroom with a hairdryer. You need to pay extra for some things, but everything is listed on their description and clear. You may take your towel and a locker to avoid extra payment. And it's a good price for Milan ;)
